Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress to your door.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will assist with any concerns about a delayed shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@discocowboyshat.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Disco Cowboy Hat Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can assist you.
